INTERIM HEAD OF PROPERTY
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who're looking for an Interim Head of Property.
This role will see you report into the Deputy Chief Executive and manage a team of 2 Surveyors (1x MRICS Surveyor & 1x APC Surveyor). You work alongside the Council's Head of FM, Maintenance & Capital Projects, as an equal.
Your responsibilities cover the entire commercial estate, with assets including industrial sites, shopping parades, a retail centre, a depot, and council buildings. These assets are managed by the team in-house or managed by external agents such as CBRE and Carter Jonas.
This Local Authority work on a hybrid basis. You're required in the office 2 days per week, with Wednesdays as the mandatory day. Access to a car is recommended as you may be needed on site.
- MRICS essential
- Experience as Asset Manager or Head of Service in a Local Authority environment is essential.
- Available as 4 days per week or 5 days per week
- Interviews w.b 30th March
- Ideal start date w.b 20th April
