Interim Planned Maintenance Surveyor

The Opportunity

We're working with a well-established social housing provider in Surrey seeking an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to support the delivery of cyclical works, planned maintenance programmes and capital improvement projects.

This is a hands-on contract role requiring strong contract management, technical knowledge, and the ability to oversee works from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cyclical works and planned maintenance programmes.

• Roofing renewals

• Window and door replacements

• External decorations

• Oversee contract administration and day-to-day progress of works.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

• Carry out stock condition assessments and specify remedial works.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors to drive performance and value for money.
