My Local Authority Client requires a Senior Estates Surveyor to manage their property portfolio, lead key projects, and deliver strategic advice. Flexible hybrid working included!
In this role, a key part of your day-to-day will be dealing with lease renewals, rent reviews and service charges, leading on landlord and tenant matters in terms of occupations and lettings for the community's portfolio of property along with implementing the council's community assets policy. You will be providing expert advice on estate strategies and ensuring legal compliance across the board.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in estate management and negotiations.
- RICS qualification preferred.
- Sharp communication and project management skills.
- Public Sector experience preferred
With this role you have the opportunity work closely with a supportive and collaborative team with flexible hybrid working hours of just one day a week in office.

Contract: Initial 6 months
Daily Rate: £375
Location: Derbyshire
