East Midlands Contract £50 - £55 Per Hour

A Local Authority in the East Midlands is searching for their next Principal Planning Officer. They are interested in hiring an experienced Principal Planner with expertise in handling both minor and major projects, including developments of up to 200 dwellings.

Key responsibilities:

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week.
Attendance at the office/site 1 day per week.
6-month contract, with the scope to be extended.
Up to £55 per hour OUTSIDE IR35.
