Principal Planning Officer (Development Management)
This position is REALLY exciting!
I am pleased to be working with an East Anglia-based Local Authority who require an interim Principal Planning Officer to join the team.
Park Avenue work very closely with this Hiring Manager and contractors in the team both past and present, have loved working there!
You would acquire a caseload of Major applications up to 200 dwellings and if desired, there is scope to work on significant PPA schemes. You would be required to present at Planning Committee.
Office presence is required and you would need to visit the local area once per week.
This contract will begin as a 3-month initial contract which has scope for extension, on offer is up to £55 per hour inside IR35.
