Senior Planner (Development Management)
Hampshire | Hybrid Working | £45+ per hour | 3-Month Rolling Contract
I'm working exclusively with a Hampshire-based Local Authority looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to join their Development Management team on an initial 3-month rolling contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a planner looking for a supportive environment, a manageable caseload and a team that genuinely values collaboration and flexibility.
The Role:
- Managing a varied Development Management caseload
- Determining householder, minor and small-scale residential applications
- Producing high-quality officer reports and recommendations
About You:
- Comfortable managing applications independently from validation through to determination
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of planning legislation and national policy
