£34-£40 per hour
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Triage Officer to join a busy private sector housing team in West London. This is a fast-paced triage position focused on supporting housing enforcement services through effective case handling and prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out triage of incoming cases within the private sector housing service
- Assess and prioritise a high volume of complaints and enquiries
- Provide administrative support to enforcement officers
- Allocate cases based on urgency and risk
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems
Requirements:
- Experience within private sector housing or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work in a triage setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- HHSRS knowledge desirable but not essential
