A local council in Lincolnshire is urgently seeking a skilled Homelessness Prevention Officer to support its Housing Options team. If you're driven, solutions focused, and confident working with households in temporary accommodation, this role needs you.
What You'll Do
- Move applicants from temporary accommodation into safe, stable housing
- Shape effective bidding strategies and PRS options
- Ensure statutory duties are met and cases progress quickly
- Negotiate affordable rents and maintain clear case records

Position Details
- Temporary, 3‑month long contract
- Hybrid working (2 office days per week)
- Up to £27 per hour
