Are you an Estates Surveyor looking for your next interim opportunity?
I'm working with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, who are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their friendly, forward-thinking Estates team!
The Council is keen to make better use of its commercial property portfolio, identifying opportunities to maximise income, improve asset management and ensure its properties are working as effectively as possible.
This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on how the Council manages its estate, whilst getting involved in a genuinely varied workload.
What will you be getting involved in?
General practice surveying and estates management.
Supporting acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
Reviewing land and property assets to identify opportunities for improvement.
Providing property advice and working closely with the wider Estates team.
Ideally, you'll have a background in General Practice Surveying, with experience managing commercial property assets. Local authority experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
The details:
£450 per day
3-month rolling contract
Just 2 days per week in the office
MRICS - preferable
