The Contract
- Interim Estates / Senior Estates Surveyor
- Initial 3-month contract (likely to extend)
- £450 per day (Inside IR35)
- 2 days per week in the office
The Role
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Managing a predominantly commercial, mixed-use portfolio
- Lettings, service charges, and general estates management
About You
- MRICS (preferred)
- Local authority experience
