£400 - £450 per day (inside IR35)

A local authority is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to support its property team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of ongoing extensions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Estates Surveyor with strong landlord and tenant experience to join a busy and supportive team managing a varied property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
- Managing a range of landlord and tenant matters
- General practice estate management duties
- Providing professional property advice across the portfolio
- Supporting asset management and transactional work where required
- Liaising with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders
About You:
- MRICS qualified preferred
- Strong background in general practice surveying and landlord & tenant work
- Previous public sector/local authority experience advantageous
- Able to manage workloads independently and hit the ground running
