Validations Officer

East of England Contract £35 - £45 Per Hour
My client, based in Hertfordshire, is experiencing an increased demand across planning application validation and administration and are looking to engage a temporary Validation Officer/Assistant to help support the service. The role will involve validating planning applications, checking submissions against local and national requirements. My client is looking for the following experience:
  • Previous experience in a local authority validation or planning support role
  • A good understanding of validation requirements and planning processes
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
My client is offering a Hybrid working patter a great rate of pay, and can wait a couple of weeks for the right candidate to start.
