Exciting Interim Opportunity - Planning Enforcement Officer
Are you on the lookout for your next interim role? A Local Authority in the West Midlands is searching for a Planning Enforcement Officer to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating breaches of Planning Control
- Drafting & serving enforcement notices
- Advising the public & stakeholders on enforcement matters
- Conducting interviews under caution (PACE) & providing evidence at hearings/inquiries
What's on Offer:
- Full-time role with flexibility
- 3-month contract (potential for extension)
- Hybrid working - just 1 day per week in the office/on-site
- Competitive rate - up to £45 per hour (INSIDE IR35)
