Park Avenue have partnered with a Midlands-based Local Authority in search of a Head of Housing! The Council transferred its housing stock nearly two decades ago, and the role currently includes:
- Housing Needs (Including Homelessness, Temporary Accommodation & Allocations)
- Strategic Housing
In the short to medium term, the Council aims to accelerate housing delivery, bring empty homes back into use, prevent homelessness more effectively, and reduce temporary accommodation costs.
You'll report to a Service Director, whose remit includes Environment & Housing, and be tasked with developing an incredible team of managers!
