Park Avenue are working with a London Borough on the lookout for a Head of Housing Solutions!
You’ll be managing a team of approximately 140 staff, driving solutions to improve resident services, all against a backdrop of rising temporary accommodation numbers and increasing frontline demand.
Services areas include:
- Housing Advice & Homelessness;
- Temporary Accommodation;
- Housing Allocations;
- Private-Rented Sector Housing;
- Reviews & Service Improvement.
The Council has a brilliant leadership team – you’ll report into an Operational Director who is incredibly supportive! – and you will have the opportunity to share insight that is truly valued (with a fresh pair of eyes).
