Park Avenue are working with a London Borough on the lookout for a Head of Housing Solutions!

You'll be managing a team of approximately 140 staff, driving solutions to improve resident services, all against a backdrop of rising temporary accommodation numbers and increasing frontline demand.

Services areas include:

Housing Advice & Homelessness;
Temporary Accommodation;
Housing Allocations;
Private-Rented Sector Housing;
Reviews & Service Improvement.

The Council has a brilliant leadership team - you'll report into an Operational Director who is incredibly supportive! - and you will have the opportunity to share insight that is truly valued (with a fresh pair of eyes).
