Are you an experienced Housing Options Officer looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity?
We are currently seeking an interim Housing Options Officer to join our Local Authority in Derbyshire on a 3-month rolling contract. This role offers a great rate of £26-29 per hour, with only 1 day required in the office every 2 weeks, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely the majority of the time.
In this role, you will:
- Draft s184 decision letters.
- Apply your knowledge of Part VII of The Housing Act 1996.
- Utilise your experience with The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
You will be joining a proactive team that values the contributions of interim staff and provides a supportive work environment.
