Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands - they are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join the team on a 3-month contract.
You will only need to attend the office once a month - which is very desirable coming into these cold months!
Although this is a 3-month initial contract, it is very likely that this will be on going based on how well you perform.
It is also a very competitive rate of £28 - £30 p/h.
You are required to have strong experience with the Housing and Homelessness Legislation and recent roles within local authority writing S184's and PHPs.
