A Local Authority in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Quality & Performance Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with scope to extend.
This is a key role within the management team, driving improvements across complaints, performance, and service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading on complex and escalated complaints, including member enquiries
* Analysing performance data and KPI trends to identify areas for improvement
* Attending management meetings to provide insight and recommend solutions
* Embedding service improvements and supporting managers to raise standards
What you'll need:
- Local Authority experience within Quality, Performance or Complaints
- Confidence handling complex cases and interpreting management data
- Experience influencing managers and driving service improvement
- Ability to attend the Hertfordshire office 2 days per week (flexible arrangement)
