Park Avenue is working with a Local Authority seeking a Housing Services Manager.
This Council has recently restructured and undergone significant changes over the past year, making it an exciting time to join!
Direct reports will include managers for:
- Homelessness
- Housing Register/Allocations
- Temporary Accommodation
Although not in London, the Council faces similar challenges to London Boroughs. The service team is fully staffed, and a key part of this role is empowering the managers while also reducing TA numbers and addressing frontline issues.
