Are you looking for your next Building Surveying opportunity? Well, I am currently working with a Local Authority in Hampshire, who are looking for an Interim Building Surveyor for 9-month initial contract!
- ✅Outside IR35 £350 (Potential negotiation)
- ✅2 days a week in the office
- ✅Starting at the end of July
The Corporate Property Services Team at this Local Authority, have an extensive pipeline of building project activity to support the Council’s current objectives. They have 5 defined projects that need to be delivered by close of play March 2025.
Key projects...
- Disposal of Employment Land: Decommission a site and prepare it for sale.
- Business Case Development: Dispose of employment land, refine business case options, and collaborate with occupiers on business costing.
- Land Reconfiguration: Reconfigure land ownership, including moving parking spaces and erecting fences.
- Energy Performance Improvements: Achieve an EPC B rating by procuring and managing energy performance works.
- Solar Panel Installation: Oversee the procurement and delivery of a £160k solar panel installation project at a leisure centre (lido) by March 2025.
Proven project experience within a Local Authority environment is desirable.
