INTERIM COMMERCIAL ESTATES SURVEYOR

ESSEX

Park Avenue are pleased to work with a longstanding client of ours, who require an Interim Commercial Estates Surveyor.

This position requires you to focus on the day-to-day property negotiations on new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant transactions (c180 properties). You'll be the main point of contact with commercial tenants, calculating and initiating backdated rent, and managing arrears. Alongside this, if you have experience in cleansing property data, it'd be beneficial - you'll assist with preparing the data for a cleanse and enabling transparency on land & property portfolio.

You'll report to the Corporate Asset Manager, with no management responsibilities yourself.

This role is on an initial 6-month basis, with you required in the office 2-3 days per week. If you're looking for full or part time contracts, please apply! The hiring manager is open to candidates from both arenas.

• MRICS is required.
• Public sector experience is required.
