INTERIM DISPOSALS CONSULTANT
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Disposals Consultant on a 3-month contract, on a part time basis.
This role will see you working on key disposal projects which will see you managing transactions with agents and dealing with enquiries from existing tenants and community groups.
Experience dealing with disposals in a Local Authority environment is required.
You're required to work 3 days per week, with 1 day in the office/on site. It's recommended that you use your car for reaching the rural locations of some sites.
MRICS is desirable.
