INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
LONDON
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough on their Interim Estates Surveyor vacancies.
You'll be working on a mixed-bag of assets including operational and investment portfolios - shops, industrial units, residential. You're tasked with working through the rent review and lease renewal backlog and building relationships with the tenants. Experience with commercial valuations could be beneficial, however it is not essential.
This is an initial 3 month contract, which will likely be extended. They work on a hybrid basis, with you in the office and on site inspections 1-2 days per week.
- You need to be MRICS, but Registered Valuer is not an essential criteria.
- LOCAL AUTHORITY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
- Interviews will likely be hosted quickly, with a start date of mid/end July.
