I am currently working with a Hertfordshire Authority who are looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis.
Key Details:
- Day Rate: £350 - £425 a day (inside IR35)
- Location: Hertfordshire
- Working Pattern: 2 days per week in office, otherwise remote
- Contract: 3-month rolling contract
As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Rent reviews & Lease renewals.
- Landlord & Tenant.
- Service Charges.
- Way-leaves & Easements.
- Disposals & Acquisitions.
