I am currently partnering with a Local Authority in Hampshire that is looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
Key Details:
- Day Rate: £350-£450 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: Hampshire
- Working Pattern: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to the office for site visits
- Contract: 3-month contract with potential for extension

- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Wayleaves and easements
- Service charges
- Valuations
