Interim Estates Surveyor - North West
Rate: £425-£450 per day (DOE)
Contract: 3-month rolling
Office attendance: 3 days/week
We are seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to support a mixed property portfolio heading into the new year! The role involves inspections, landlord & tenant work, lease management and providing general estates advice.
Requirements:
MRICS or strong estates management experience
Confident handling rent reviews, renewals, acquisitions/disposals
Able to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively
