We are pleased to be supporting a local authority in East Anglia with the appointment of an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
Contract Length: 3-6 months (initially)
Day Rate: Up to £450 per day (DOE)
Location: East Anglia
Working Arrangements: 1-2 days per week in the office
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and progressing rent reviews, including negotiation and completion
- Delivering rent reviews across the portfolio
- Undertaking general estates management duties
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisers
Skills & Experience Required
- MRICS preferred (or working towards, with strong relevant experience).
- Local authority experience is desirable.
This role would suit an experienced Estates Surveyor looking for a new assignment to kick off the new year!
