Park Avenue are delighted to be working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
Contract Details:
* 6-month initial contract (with potential for extension)
* £450 per day (Inside IR35)
* 2 days per week in the office, with the remainder remote
The Role:
* Rent reviews, lease negotiations and renewals
* Landlord & tenant matters
* Service charge management
* Opportunity to support on disposals and valuation work
About You:
* MRICS preferred
* Local authority experience required
* Previous interim experience desirable
* Available to start from 1st April
* Able to interview via Teams this week or next
