Interim Senior Estates Surveyor - Essex Local Authority
Park Avenue is currently partnering with a Local Authority in Essex to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Estates Surveyor, with a start date expected in early July.
Contract Details
- £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35)
- Initial 3-month contract with a strong chance of extension
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 1-2 days per week in the office
Key Responsibilities
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Lettings
- Valuations
- Service charge management
Portfolio
You'll be responsible for a varied portfolio of commercial and community assets.
About You
- Ideally MRICS qualified and/or a Registered Valuer
- Previous Local Authority experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience in an Estates Surveyor position or a similar role
