Interim Estates Surveyor - Hertfordshire
Park Avenue is working with a local authority in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint an Interim Estates Surveyor to support its property team.
The contract
- Initial 3-6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension
- Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office
- £450 per day, Inside IR35
The role
You will manage a varied estates workload, including:
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property lettings
- General ad hoc estates management work
About you
- MRICS qualification is essential
- Previous local authority or wider public-sector experience is highly desirable
