Interim Head of Property
My Local Authority client is currently looking for an Interim Head of Property on a 6-month initial contract.
They are looking for someone with previous experience of implementing a culture change within a Local Authority, so previous experience of working for Councils is essential for this role.
They are looking for someone from a General Practice background, but this role is more focussed around the operational side of things. The main responsibilities will revolve around KPI tracking, report-writing, and overseeing and reviewing the performance of the FM department.
The Council offer hybrid working arrangements, so you will be expected in the office 3 days per week, and able to work remotely for the other 2 days.
