Interim Strategic Asset Manager (HRA)
I am working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for an Interim Strategic Asset Manager for an initial 12-month period.
You will be specifically working on their HRA Asset Management Strategy, developing and driving the delivery of this, as well as assessing the alternative use, redevelopment, or disposal of these assets. With the wider regulated housing service and redesign, it is imperative for the council to ensure their operational and non-operational assets are being maintained.
You'll also have some line management responsibility, as well as looking at a structure review for the Asset Management service.
This is a highly political role, so previous experience in a similar role, and Local Authority experience, is essential.
