What's required?
- Experience in carrying out all A-E Food Inspection categories.
- Knowledge of the Food Law Code of Practice.
- Ability to prepare and serve Statutory Notices, and take enforcement action when required.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, and hybrid working arrangements.
