Looking for your next Principal Planning Enforcement Officer role?
A well regarded Surrey Local Authority is seeking a Principal Planning Enforcement Officer to step into a busy team and pick up a complex caseload from day one.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Principal Enforcement Officer or an Enforcement Team Leader who is looking to work on cases, as opposed to management.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex enforcement cases
- Serving Enforcement Notices
- Handling prosecutions and appeals
- Working independently with minimal supervision
What you'll need:
- Extensive planning enforcement experience
- Background at Principal Planning Enforcement Officer or Team Leader level
- Confidence dealing with complex cases end-to-end
