Are you a part time Principal Planning Officer based in the North of the country?

A local authority based in lovely Lancashire is looking to bring an experience Principal Planning Officer for an initial 3 month rolling contract.

If you're happy working part time hours, they have flexibility from 20-30 hours per week, with an expectation of one day a week in the office so be with the team.

They're looking for a dynamic Planner who can liaise with applicants and get applications out the door. Experience with up to 250 units and residential applications is what they're looking for.

They are offering an attractive rate of £55 per hour for the perfect person!
