principal Planner - Major Projects

12-month contract - £50.00 - £55.00 - Full-time
Are you ready to shape and implement major schemes in a highly sought after borough that's just north of London, and has excellent transport links? My client has asked me to source and experienced Principal Planning Officer or an ambitious Senior Planning Officer to work in the major developments team, and will involve work on Green and Grey Belt, dwellings between 50 - 150, S106's, negotiations and other duties. This has funding approval for 12 months and a great hybrid working pattern.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience managing major applications (100+ units)
- Confidence leading schemes through to determination
- Sign-off experience is essential
