I am assisting a Local Authority in London who require an interim Principal Planning Officer to join their team.
Working within Development Management, they are looking for an officer who has experience in dealing with large major and strategic applications. Someone who is capable of taking an application from concept through to decision and is confident in negotiations with legal agreements
It's the kind of role where the right person can make a real impact!
You will need to be in the office 1-2 days per week, however which days you choose are up to you.
This is an initial 3-month contract, however, is likely to be extended.
The Council can offer up to £55 per hour, inside IR35.
