I am assisting a Local Authority in Surrey who require an interim Principal Planning Officer to join their team.
Working within Development Management, you will acquire a caseload of major applications, including significant PPA schemes.
Although not monthly, there will be some requirement to be present at Planning Committee too.
You will need to be in the office 1-2 days per week, however which days you choose are up to you.
This is an initial 3-month contract, however, is likely to be extended.
The Council can offer up to £50 per hour, inside IR35.
