Principal Planning Officer (Development Management)
This contract is greater than others!
I am pleased to be working with an East Anglia-based Local Authority who require a Principal Planning Officer to join the team.
Park Avenue work very closely with this Head of Planning and have assisted with their interim needs previously - some contractors loved it there so much that they took a permanent position after they completed their assignments.
This position focuses on:
- Managing a caseload of Major applications (large focus on the delivery of a new town)
- Carrying out site visits when required (contractors go there every 3 weeks)
- Assisting junior members of team if management is absent
This is a six-month initial contract which has scope for extension and on offer is up to £55 per hour inside IR35. They would like to hold interviews as soon as the desirable candidate has been put forward.
