Principal Planning Officer (Development Management)

I am working with an East of England-based Local Authority who require a Principal Planning Officer to join the team.

Park Avenue have a very close relationship with this Local Authority and have contractors in each division that we specialise in.

This will begin as a six-month initial contract which has potential to be extended if performance is strong.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Major applications up to 200 dwellings and assisting junior staff when needed.

The requirement to be in the local area is once per week, this is to carry out site visits and attend any meetings.

This Authority is paying between £55 and £60 per hour inside IR35.
