Location: Kent

Rate: £50 per hour

Contract: 3 Months

2 day per week in the office

We're working with a Local Authority in Kent who're looking to bring in an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support their busy and proactive team.

This Private Sector Housing Officer role offers a varied and exciting opportunity within Kent, where you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload and make a real impact across the Private Rented Sector.

The Role:

HHSRS inspections
HMO Licensing
Civil Penalties
Complaint investigations
Drafting notices & enforcement action
Landlord & tenant liaison

About You:

Strong Private Sector Housing experience
HHSRS, HMO & enforcement knowledge
Confident managing your own caseload
Experience with Civil Penalties
Local Authority experience
