Senior Enforcement Officer

I am working with an East Anglia-based Local Authority who require a Senior Enforcement Officer to join the team.

Park Avenue work very closely with this Planning team and have contractors in the team currently.

This position will require an Enforcement Officer to be in the local area twice a week to conduct investigations of Planning Breaches, Serve Enforcement notices alongside preparing delegated reports.

This contract will begin as a three-month initial contract with scope for extension and is offering up to £45 per hour inside IR35.

Interviews are going to be held mid-September and are aiming for you to start quickly after this.
