A local authority in Surrey is looking for an experienced Senior Enforcement Officer to support their planning enforcement function on an initial 3 month rolling contract.

You'll be joining a supportive team environment, focusing on progressing a busy caseload of enforcement matters and helping to drive cases forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of planning enforcement cases
• Progressing and resolving a backlog/churn of cases
• Carrying out site visits and investigations as required
• Supporting the wider team with enforcement-related matters

Additional details:

• Initial 3-month rolling contract, very likely to be extended
• £45 per hour
• Ideally 2 days per week in the office/site
