Senior Planning Officer (Development Management)

I am working with an East Anglia-based Local Authority who require a Senior Planning Officer to join the team.
This position requires an experienced Planner to focus on a caseload of Minor to Major applications; both backlog and new cases.
Office presence is flexible however most staff go in once per week and carry out site visits on the same day.
This will begin as a three-month initial contract which has scope for extension if performance levels are strong. Park Avenue work closely with this Authority and have contractors already in the team!
On offer is up to £50 per hour inside IR35 and they are looking for someone to start in September.
