Interim Senior Estates Surveyor
INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTH
Park Avenue are pleased to be partnered with a Local Authority in the South of England who require an Interim Estates Surveyor.
This contract will be 6 months initially, with extensions processed if necessary. They're looking for candidates who come from a Local Authority or Charity, with experience working on operational and community assets. This role will see you focused on building relationships with tenants, working closely with key stakeholders and Councillors, and reviewing and renewing outstanding/expired leases.
They work on a hybrid basis, with you in the office 2 days per week, with site inspections required.
MRICS is required for this role.
