We are working with a large housing provider seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join their Housing Management Team on a short‑term temporary basis.
This is a resident‑facing role with responsibility for leading neighbourhood services across a defined patch, supporting teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality approach to housing management and customer service.
The Role
As Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will:
- Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, consistent, and resident‑focused service
- Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within your patch
- Manage a neighbourhood of approximately 500-600 homes, aligned to local authority boundaries
- Play a key role in improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and supporting sustainable tenancies
- Lead by example, driving service standards and resolving issues efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for residents
About You
- Demonstrable experience in a housing management or neighbourhood‑based role
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage confidently with residents and colleagues
- A proactive problem‑solver with resilience, determination, and a can‑do attitude
- Comfortable managing a complex caseload and working to deadlines
- Able to challenge constructively and push for improved outcomes where needed
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with diverse communities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
