Emma is our accomplished Team Leader for the Property and Environmental Health Divisions, overseeing our General Practice, Environmental Health, and Private Sector Housing teams working with Local Authorities across the UK.
Emma plays a central role in supporting, coaching, and guiding her teams to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring both clients and candidates receive an exceptional experience. Often referred to as our “Queen of the North”, Emma is a trusted sounding board for clients, a leader her team relies on, and a consistent presence across the sector.

Her leadership style combines deep sector understanding with a genuinely people‑focused approach. Emma is known for building long‑term relationships, developing talent within her teams, and helping consultants solve complex recruitment challenges with confidence and care.
Originally from Ilkley, Emma spent five years working in fine dining before moving into Estate Agency, driven by a long‑standing passion for property. Almost four years ago, she made the move to London to join Park Avenue - a big change from the Yorkshire countryside, but an exciting step in her career.
Outside of work, Emma loves discovering new restaurants and great places to eat, as well as spending time outdoors with her dogs - ideally somewhere green and preferably followed by good food (you can take the girl out of the Dales…). A self‑confessed dog lover and nature enthusiast, she balances a busy leadership role with downtime that recharges her.
