Iliana is a friendly and dedicated recruitment consultant, specialising in Housing Options and Homelessness for Local Authorities across East Anglia. She works closely with councils to connect them with skilled Housing Options Officers, helping to ensure communities get the support they need, more specifically in the following areas:

Her approachable and hard-working nature means she quickly builds strong relationships with both clients and candidates, making her a trustworthy and reliable recruitment partner who always has their best interests at heart.
Born and raised in Enfield, she went on to study Mathematics at the University of Southampton, where she developed strong analytical skills alongside a love for problem-solving. After graduating, she was keen to find a role where she could combine her logical approach with her natural people skills, leading her to join Park Avenue Recruitment, where she now supports local authorities in delivering vital housing services.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Iliana with her Kindle in hand, getting lost in a good book, heading to the West End for the latest musical, or tracking down exciting new food spots to try. A true people person, she’s always up for a chat, preferably over great coffee and even better food.
