Born and raised on the Wirral, she went on to study Neuroscience at the University of Bristol, where she developed a keen interest in analytical thinking, data interpretation and understanding complex systems. After graduating, she gained experience as a paralegal in traumatic and catastrophic injury, nurturing her commitment to evidence-based practice and deepening her passion for supporting vulnerable individuals. This role strengthened her ability to manage varied caseloads, remain composed under pressure and communicate with empathy.
Outside of work, she’s always on the move and loves staying active. You’ll often find her at a dance class, on a yoga or Pilates mat, swimming, exploring new corners of London, or hunting down the best cafés and restaurants to try next. A sociable soul at heart, she’s happiest when connecting with others and discovering something new.
